Faircloth Estates has established relationships with various service providers over the years. Faircloth Estates offers two methods of building relationships with service providers, the Preferred Provider list and the Sponsored Provider list.
Residents who are pleased with services received may recommend inclusion on our Preferred Provider list. There is no fee for inclusion on this list, but a neighborhood resident must make the recommendation using the form provided below.
Businesses who wish to advertise to Faircloth Estates residents may be included on our Sponsored Provider list. There is a $100 per year fee for inclusion on this list. Using the form provided below, send us your contact information. A Board member will contact you to set up your account. Faircloth residents are encouraged to contact local businesses about this opportunity. All fees collected will be solely used for the maintenance of this website and other exclusive neighborhood features or services.
